PLEASE NOTE: Communication with the host via a phone call is required for any requested stays. Cozy instructional facility (not a farm) with room accommodations for 8. Pool table, darts, ice cream, snow cone and popcorn machines and an industrial working kitchen. I will offer means of transportation when needed. I’m a retired Plant Sciences Professor and current High School instructor for the Construction courses. I can offer my guests projects on irrigation, rain water catchment, welding, concrete work, greenhouse construction, home building, solar, wind power, soil enrichment, Aquaponics, plantings, safety and construction certification, canning and cooking. I have my guests choose a project that they can finish within their stay. Artists welcome to do on site art work.
Organic methods: I use no chemicals for pest control.
