This is 50 acres of sacred land just 30 minutes from downtown Kansas City, Mo. This land is engulfed in high positive healing energy. It's gift is a sanctuary retreat that is meant to fill one's soul. Our property is a campground, retreat and event place, meditation refuge, art spot with some small organic gardens and farm animals. Miles of trails, two stocked ponds, mythic forests, a magical wild flower 22 acre field and more! Healing, holistic, spiritual, CE5, medicine, fire, moon, seasonal holiday and other events are held on the land. This land is dedicated to the evolution of every spirit that touches foot on it.
We stand for "MINDFUL INTENTIONAL LIVING in ONENESS" farm. The site is female owned and operated. Loni "LoniChi", the land Steward Owner takes her partnership with the land seriously. Her vision is one of community, peace, art, consciousness expansion and healing. When you WWOOF here you will automatically become part of the tribe. There have been volunteers here for several years and they are honored for their service to the Divine and to the land and animals that reside here. You will leave a changed person from spending time in the high nature frequency that engulfs every forest, fields, portals and spots here.
WWOOFers have options on what spot to make their home. We have a barn apartment that is hostel-style, tent camping and if the cabins aren't rented for our guests they are open to WWOOFers. We do like to have an occasional family dinner in the lodge, in those cases volunteers are welcome to join. In some instances transportation can be provided for shopping and other errands.
There a multitude of things to do in off hours. We have guest campers and lodge guests around, a volleyball net, salt-water pool, two fishing ponds, kayaks, events and meditations to join+. The Art Studio / Milo Shop / Spirit Shack is open to all for meditation, reading, art. Loni is an intuitive and can do Oracle card readings using the deck she created. There is a small shop in the art studio if you need incense, our goat milk soap, our ceremonial cedar powder, palo santo, yoga mats and other supplies. You can read more on our online site.
We are working on expanding housing in our community, expanding the garden, fruit trees, trail maintenance, pond maintenance, wild flower and wild grass protection, starting our bee colony, building a temple, fine tuning gathering spots, beautifying our campsites, details on our animal shelter, building a few more composting outhouses, finishing touches on the Observatory, Greenhouse, North Barn and more. Many informational videos are on the Milo Farm Sacred Retreat You Tube channel.
