We are an Exotic tropical farm located 10 minutes from Everglades National park. We grow longan star fruit dragon fruit passion fruit quanabana mango sugar apple to name a few and offer upik we are transitioning to a childrens learning center and agrotourism destination activies will be running our new on site store helping grow orchids feeding chickens and dogs and some light weeding we have 2 national parks everglades national park and biscayne national a famous winery called shneblys and robert is here fruit stand we have 5 rescue dogs so pets are an issue a great are for biking as we are located in the historical Redland the napa vally of Miami Certifications: we are a conventional farm transitioning to organic Current projects: We are working on building a childrens learning center and agrotourism destination Internet access available

Très bonne expérience pour moi dans cette jolie ferme de fruits exotiques! La famille est très accueillante et sympathique. Les chiens sont adorables. D’une manière générale le travail n’est pas difficile (s’occuper de nourrir les chiens et les poules et entretenir la serre d’orchidées). Mon anglais était très mauvais à mon arrivée mais ils ont été très patients et compréhensifs avec moi. Ce sont vraiment des gens biens n’hésitez pas. Il y a une grande variété de fruits que vous aurez l’occasion de goûter selon la saison. C’est vraiment un petit paradis tropical. Encore merci à eux pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse!

I loved staying on this farm! We camped on the deck in the back of the farm which was really beautiful! Farmer Bob shared all his knowledge with us and treated us well. We learned a lot about orchids from Carmen too! Bob was a delight to be around and such a passion for life! Definitely recommend! Don’t forget to visit the Everglades if you go to this farm!

I had an amazing experience staying with Carmen and Bob! We spent time gardening and learned a lot about caring for tropical plants and orchids. They made us feel right at home. It was also great spending time with their rescue dogs!

Farmer Bob & Carmen are amazing hosts! They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and their personalities made for a very relaxing and uplifting home to rest. Farmer Bob focused on educating me in the areas I wanted to learn about and added sooo much wonderful information I didn’t even know I needed to know! He’s a truly passionate guy who cares & knows a lot about farming AND is a riot to share stories with! The farm is filled with countless wonderful stories including the stories of the 5 sweet doggies ~ Oreo, big billy, princess, bruny, and luna. It was also so wonderful to get out in the late afternoon and explore the Everglades or ride around all the farm roads… passing by thousands of fruit trees!! The beauty of the earth is rich here. Carmen & Farmer Bob, thank you for a simple heart-warming stay on your farm.

What a place, incredible selection of exotic fruits. It was a great experience to help them out for the day and of course test some of some of the fruits. They have great plans for the future, I can't wait to see and help them get there.

This farm was a fantastic first experience with WWOOFing! Very easy-going, welcoming people that fed me delicious food and gave me a comfortable room to stay in. I worked an easy 4-5 hours a day (weekends off) and had plenty of time to explore the nearby Everglades as well as Miami. Bob offered rides to me many times and overall was incredibly kind towards dealing with an inexperienced WWOOFer. I learned a lot from them all. I will miss the 6 rescue dogs, birds, and tropical environment very much and am very grateful for the chance to have had this experience.
