Organic farming in mountains, chicken ranch for egg production, food production in certified kitchen

Hello my name is Randy. I live in Sapello, New Mexico. I have a permamnent working family that lives on the property. My sister lives on the property and is my secretary and worker when needed. we have been here since 2013. We have three border collies Elroy, Jane and Judy.
I own a free range chicken ranch that are for egg production. We feed, water them and gather eggs three times per day. We also water and feed the cows, horses and sheep. Egg washing and packing are also done from 12 to 4. We also have an elephant garlic garden that is in full run in the summer we use the garlic scapes for making pesto and eggs for pickling. All of this will be part of learning including working the kitchen for tamales and tortillas which also go to Farmers Market. We have 2 freight farms that are planned to go up soon and those are hydroponic for organic vegetables.
I have just developed a new RV Park and the housing is for Woofers. They are stocked will all bedding, restroom items' and basic kitchen needs. Food will be provided once an arrangment of likings is complete.
I like walking the property and enjoying the animals. I like reading, watching tv and news.
My sister likes beading, embroidery and crocheting.
